To make a booking you can:

Fax or mail
Print the Visit Booking Form   [new window 114 KB PDF]   Updated 23 April 2008. Current until 31 July 2008.
Fax the completed form to (07) 3840 7607.

Call Group Bookings on (07) 3840 7608 to speak to our Booking Officer and make your booking.

Tip: It's a good idea to have 3 possible dates available and make sure the date/s you are interested in do not clash with other school events.

Please note: your booking is not confirmed until you receive your written Group Visit Confirmation. Contact us if you do not receive your confirmation within 5 working days. Phone immediately if you require any changes. Cancellations must be received one week prior to your visit. Late cancellations may result in a charge.
