Request a Booking
To make a booking you can:
Email
Fill out the the Booking Form [new window 114 KB Word document] electronically and email the completed form to education@qm.qld.gov.au. Updated 28 August 2009. Current until 11 December 2009.
Fax or mail
Print the Booking Form [new window 114 KB Word document] Updated 28 August 2009. Current until 11 December 2009.
Fax the completed form to (07) 3840 7607.

Call Group Bookings on (07) 3840 7608 to speak to our Booking Officer and make your booking.
Tip: It's a good idea to have 3 possible dates available and make sure the date/s you are interested in do not clash with other school events.
- Please note: your booking is not confirmed until you receive your written Group Visit Confirmation.
- Contact us if you do not receive your confirmation within 5 working days.
- Phone immediately if you require any changes.
- Cancellations must be received one week prior to your visit. Late cancellations may result in a charge.
