The Museum's main switchboard is staffed between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and from 9:30am to 5pm on weekends. The switch is not staffed on Christmas Day, Good Friday, and Anzac Day.

If you have received a toxic injury from an animal, please call the Poisons Information Service on 13 11 26.
