Terms & Conditions

Cost:: You can borrow from the QM Loans collection by becoming a QM Loans subscriber or by making a casual payment.
Booking Requests:: Submit your Booking Request at least 3 working days before you want to collect your loan. We will notify you when we receive the request. We will book items you request subject to availability. We usually send booking confirmations within 3 working days of receiving booking requests.
Loan Period:: The standard loan period is 2 weeks from your collection date (subject to public holidays), or you can request a 1 week loan. The loan period for Premium resources is 4 weeks.
The return date for your loan is on your Borrowing Form that comes with your loan. Please return your loan on time for the next borrower.
Location:: Collect and return your loan at 122 Gerler Road HENDRA.
Opening Hours:: Mondays & Fridays 9:00am - 5:30pm
Tuesday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Weekends & public holidays closed
