Longitudinal stripes, although this is sometimes lacking, particularly on smaller animals. To 15 mm long.
Notes
Live commensally with feather-stars (crinoid echinoderms), where they are well-camouflaged amongst feathery arms; intertidal pools to about 150 m.
Northern Australia; Indo-West Pacific, East Africa to Fiji.
